As WRNS Studio’s Director of Sustainability, she is responsible for implementing sustainable design principles into all of the studio’s projects and business operations. She has served as the Green Schools Advocate for the USGBC Green Schools Campaign since 2007, currently serves as a USGBC Center for Green Schools National Chair, is a founder of the Bay Area Leaders in Sustainable Architecture, and is an active leader in the Bay Area Living Building Coalition, all groups committed to sharing experiences and strategies in the hopes of making collective change. Recent projects include the Stevens Library certified as the first Net Zero Energy Library in the country.
