Founding Prinicpal
Juan is the founding principal of In Site, skilled biologist with ability to work with interdisciplinary teams in diverse cultural and ecological contexts. His communication skills and knowledge of biological strategies and systems enriches the processes of design. The skills he offers are differentiators for the design and planning processes of architects, engineers, landscapers, urban planners, real estate developers, industrial and product designers. Juan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology; he worked in a variety of research laboratories, including neuroscience, biotechnology, ecology, botany and mycology. Juan studied for his MBA and is a Certified Biomimicry Professional from Biomimicry 3.8.
