Beth Marie Miller, NCIDQ certificate number 018834, LEED-AP, has taught interior design at Seattle Pacific University for 13 years, and been a partner in Miller Interior Design with her husband for 10 years. Her passion for environmental responsibility has led her to incorporate sustainability issues into every course she teaches, including courses in the university’s common curriculum as well as those limited to interior design majors. Her work has been published in the Journal of Housing and Society and the Journal of Family and Consumer Sciences and she has been an invited speaker at the Seattle Design Center.
