Senior Sustainability Manager
Ashley is a Senior Sustainability Manager at YR&G with ten years of experience in architectural and green building. She has worked on a wide range of residential, commercial, educational, cultural projects. Ashley has technical expertise in passive and active systems design and is an experienced facilitator committed to a cooperative design process that engages multiple perspectives within diverse interdisciplinary teams. She has developed and taught several courses on green building and systems thinking. Her research interests are focused on resilient and regenerative development, how an understanding of place informs design, and designing for the uncertainty of climate change.
