Owner and president of a native plant propagation nursery, ecology based and biophilic design landscape/restoration company for the past 20 years. We design site specific regenerative systems emphasizing ecological function and resource conservation in predominantly dry environments. A number of our projects have received national awards and recognition as examples of sustainable systems.

I'm also a PhD candidate at Oregon State University working on development of an ecological horticulture program in the department of agriculture. My research is in water policy related to extended drought in three western states.
