The future of our planet and the future of our industry depend on our ability to thrive in systems, to co-create in collaboration and to achieve levels of synergy that transform our impact. Living Buildings define performance targets for the industry, yet, a critical gap remains between rising performance goals and the organizational capability to consistently achieve them. This session takes participants through a series of exercises to explore 4 layers of interconnected engagement: personal effectiveness, team collaboration, firm capability and community impact. Interactions and explorations help them understand how to fully unlock and realize potential for transformation.
