Project Finance & Appraisal: Translating the Value of Regenerative Design into Real Estate Speak

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Regenerative design and construction transforms the built environment by mitigating negative externalities and generating positive benefits to the occupants, owners, community and environment. To deliver such benefits, however, it has to happen at scale. Scale requires capital markets finance, which requires communicating the value premise in terms investors, appraisers and lenders understand. This interactive session explores the financial implications of regenerative design using case studies from the presenters’ work. Beyond overused terms like ROI and payback, attendees will examine the market fundamentals underpinning property value, and explore ways to support the value proposition and communicate that proposition to financiers.
