Results from a Living Building: The Bullitt Center Turns Two

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

The Bullitt Center is a 6-story leasable commercial office building in Seattle. On track to become the world’s largest Living Building in early 2015, it is much like a Douglas fir forest – utilizing only nature’s abundance to provide fresh air, light, energy, and heating and cooling for its occupants. As the project turns two, The Bullitt Foundation, The Miller Hull Partnership and PAE will share how the building is performing and what that means to the community and ecosystem, as well as energy efficiency strategies that could change the way we build and finance projects.
